Pay a PCN
There are two levels of charges for parking contraventions. The two levels of charges distinguish between activities that cause a high disruption to the traffic flow and other motorists, and those that cause less disruption.
- The charge amount for a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN) for a more serious offence is £120.
- The charge amount for a PCN for a less serious offence is £80.
- A 50% discount is applicable to all PCNs which are paid within 14 days of issue.

Ways to pay
There are a number of ways you can pay for your PCN:
- Online
The quickest and easiest way to pay is by using our secure online payment service. All you will need is your 10 digit PCN number and a valid debit or credit card type.
- By telephone
You can make a payment by debit / credit card by calling our 24 hour telephone hotline on (020) 7823 4567.
- In person
You can pay by cash, cheque, debit/credit card at our One Stop Services.
- By post
You may send a cheque / postal order made payable to 'City of Westminster'. An envelope is provided with the parking ticket for this purpose. To obtain the 50% discount, please allow time for postage so that Westminster receives payment within 14 days of PCN issue.
