Assaults on Civil Enforcement officers

We take all instances of CEO abuse very seriously. We will press for the strongest penalties if members of the public verbally or physically abuse our CEOs. 

• If you have witnessed an assault on a CEO by a member of the public please tell us
• If you have cause to complain about a CEOs behaviour or actions we strongly recommend you take this up with Westminster City council

Please put this in writing to Westminster City Council. You can do this online or write to the address below. Please include your full postal address (and quote the PCN reference number if applicable).  Where possible, please take note of the CEO badge number, date, time and location of the incident.  This will help us to thoroughly investigate your case:
