Parking Rules

A photo of a Controlled Parking Zone signIf you fail to adhere to the parking regulations in Westminster without justification, you may receive a Penalty Charge Notice.

The parking regulations are enforced at certain times of day.  In some places, they are enforced 24 hours a day.  We refer to this as 'hours of control' or 'hours of enforcement'.

Look out for this sign.  It is called a Controlled Parking Zone sign (CPZ) sign and will tell you that you are entering an area of differing controls to the CPZ you have just come from.  The signs indicate the times when waiting restrictions are in force.
