Conditions of Use

undefinedYou can use your White Badge at any time provided:

  • it is being used while you are in the vehicle
  • the badge is valid
  • the badge displays the VRM of the vehicle you are using as the driver or passenger

The badge should not be displayed if your vehicle is being used for any other reason (e.g. the badge cannot be used by anyone other than the named badge holder, even if this is to get shopping or pick up prescriptions for the disabled person.)

 

Badge fraud or misuse will be prosecuted!

The City of Westminster takes fraud seriously and has a dedicated hotline for reporting any suspicious use of on or off street parking permits, including Disabled Blue and White badges.

The number to ring is 0800 028 9888. An answering service is available outside of normal office hours. Alternatively you can raise your concerns by reporting suspected permit fraud online.

We ask that you provide as much information as you can to enable an effective investigation. All allegations will be investigated by the City Council’s specialist permit fraud team in the strictest confidence.
