one stop services frontageIn the event that your disabled badge has been lost or stolen, you will need to obtain a replacement.

  1. You will need to complete and sign the D2 form again and provide another passport photograph.
  2. If the badge has been stolen, you will need to provide a Crime Reference Number before we will replace the badge.
  3. You can then visit a One Stop Services to have the badge reissued.

Please Note: A badge reissue can only be done between the hours of 9am and 5pm.
