Change of details

If you have changed your vehicle, you will need to be issued with a new White Badge.  This can be done at One Stop Services free of charge.

1. You will need to fill out a D2 form and surrender your current White Badge
2. You must sign the application form

Note: You will not be able to use your white badge concessions until you have your new badge.  You may use your blue badge but will only receive the blue badge concessions.  Click here to see the blue badge concessions for Westminster.

Change of Address

1. You should complete a D2 form or send a letter confirming the change of address details.  It will not be necessary to reissue your White Badge.
2. Your record will then be updated and a reminder will be sent to your new address prior to the expiry of the current badge.
3. Address changes cannot be made over the phone.
4. Remember to advise the electoral register of your new address.
