Are children eligible for a disabled badge?

Yes, disabled children above the age of 2 are eligible for a disabled badge. The application must be completed and signed by an adult and a D4 form will be needed in order to nominate a driver(s)

Can I park in a suspended bay?

No. Parking in a suspended bay may result in you being issued a Penalty Charge Notice and your vehicle may need to be relocated to a nearby parking space if it is causing an obstruction.

Can vehicles displaying a disabled badge be clamped or removed?

No, a vehicle displaying a valid disabled badge will never be clamped or removed to the car pound. However, if the vehicle is causing an obstruction, it may need to be relocated to the nearest appropriate parking space.

For how long is my disabled white badge valid?

1 year. If you are still eligible for a disabled white badge, you can apply for a renewal.
