Try out Pay by Phone parking and win!

We are giving Westminster residents the chance to win a state of the art iPhone and 18 month contract with O2.

It's so simple. All you have to do is sign up for Pay by Phone parking online and test the service for free.

Due to popular demand, we are giving even more residents a chance to try Pay by Phone parking and win. Every resident that signs up online and tests Pay by Phone parking before Sunday 20 January 2008 will enter the draw for one of the five iPhones with an 18 month O2 contract.

The winners will be announced by 31 January 2008.

Step One: Sign up for Pay by Phone
It's easy to sign up for Pay by Phone parking online. All you need are:

  • O2 logoyour contact details - name, mobile phone number, email address (optional)

  • your payment details - credit or debit card

  • your vehicle details - registration number of up to three vehicles

Step Two: Test the service for free
In order to make it as easy as possible for you to use Pay by Phone parking for the first time, we have a test location number available for you to try for free.

The test location number is 9995.

To carry out a test:

  • Call 0870 428 4009

  • Enter  your 11 digit mobile phone number

  • Enter the test location number 9995

  • Enter any number of minutes (as this is a test, the number of minutes is not important)

  • Press '1' to confirm the transaction

You will not be charged for creating a parking session with the test location number.

Please note that the test location number should not be used when parking on the street. The location number for a Pay by Phone parking bay can be found on the sign for the bay. If you have difficulty finding the location number, please call 020 7641 7623. This is important as if you do not use the correct location number, you may receive a Penalty Charge Notice (PCN).

While you are welcome to try the test location number as many times as you want until you become comfortable using the Pay by Phone service, you will only be entered into the draw once.
