Youth area at Church Street Library

Did you know that the newly opened Church Street library has an area dedicated for young people aged 13-19?

The area has been designed with the help of local teenagers and facilities include:

• a gaming area with flat screen TVs, an X-Box, Play Station and Nintendo Wii
• books and resources chosen by teenagers
• a chill out area equipped with comfy soft seating
• a quiet homework area with a weekly homework club to help students with additional after school study
• Wi-Fi internet access.
