Westminster Byelaws
Westminster City Council is working to make new Byelaws and amend existing ones, to regulate certain activities in designated areas around Parliament Square.
The Byelaws have now been sealed by Full Council. Before the City Council applies to the Department of Communities and Local Government for confirmation of the Byelaws, they will be available to the public for a period of one month, in order that any further comments can be made directly to DCLG. Notice of these Byelaws have also been published in the local press.
