Register for Pay by Phone
If you have not already done so, you will need to setup a Pay by Phone account and register your mobile number, motorcycle licence plate and your debit/credit card details.
* You do not need to set up a Pay by Phone account to obtain free parking in our off-street dedicated motorcycle bays.
** Holders of a residents' permit for a motorcycle are able to use their residents' permit to park in motorcycle bays city-wide without further charge.

How to pay
Once you have set up a Pay by Phone account, you can pay for motorcycle parking by phone, text or online. The various options are outlined below, with instructions for how to pay.

Text: Please text the location number, duration of permit and the CVV code (3 digit code on the back of credit/debit card). i.e. 6789 1 123 Where 6789 is the motorcycle location number, 1 is one days duration, and 123 is the 3 digit security code on the back of your credit/debit card. You must leave a space between each data set. |
