How much notice do I need to give?
Notice periods vary depending on whether you deposit your skip in a parking bay, which requires a suspension, or on a yellow line, which requires a dispensation.
Please refer to the table below to find out how much notice you will need to give:
Where is the skip located? |
Suspension or Dispensation? |
Minimum Notice Period |
|
Resident bay Pay & Display bay Pay by Phone bay Shared use bay All other bays |
Suspension |
10 calendar days |
|
Single yellow line |
Dispensation |
3 calendar days |
Please note: the notice periods required for parking bay suspensions are so that we can give residents and other motorists advanced warning of where parking will be temporarily unavailable.
