Renewing Your Permit

Renew Online

It is quick and easy to renew your permit online with our new improved service. All you will need is:

• The PIN code from your renewal letter
• Your vehicle Registration Mark
• Debit or Credit card to make payment
• If  you are not on the Westminster Council Tax database then you will need to upload a residency proof as part of the renewal proces (click here for a list of proof documents)

Your One Stop Express

You can also renew your permit at a library which has a your One Stop Express Machine. This is a self serve terminal with a scanner and Westminster staff will be available to assist you. All you will need to bring with you is:

• The PIN code from your renewal letter
• Your vehicle Registration Mark
• Debit of Credit Card to make payment (please note you cannot pay by cash or cheque at these locations)

• If  you are not on the Westminster Council Tax database then you will need to have your residency proof verified by the council officer at this location (click here for a list of proof documents).
