Change Your Permit Details

Please do not apply for your permit change until you are ready to return your old permit back to us. You cannot have two permits in use at one time.

Make Changes Online

You can make the following changes to your permit online:

• Change Address
• Change Vehicle

All you will need to complete this change is:

• Your vehicle Registration Mark
• Your Permit Number
• An email account
• Debit of Credit Card to make payment
• If you are changing your address your will need to upload one proof of address (click here for list of proof documents)
• If you are changing your vehicle you wil need to upload one vehicle proof (click here for a list of proof documents) 

PLEASE NOTE: After paying by card you will receive a temporary permit to print off and display on your vehicle.You will need to return your current permit to us by post (Permits Administration, PO Box 5744, Dingwall, IV15 9WW) before we can issue you with a new permit (you do not need to return your permit if you are changing address within the same parking zone).

Make Changes at a Your One Stop Express Location

You can also make the above online changes to your permit at a library which has a your One Stop Express Machine. This is a self serve terminal with a scanner and Westminster staff will be available to assist you. All you will need to bring with you is:

• Your vehicle Registration Mark
• Your Permit Number
• Debit of Credit Card to make payment (please note you cannot pay by cash or cheque at these locations)
• If you are changing your address your will need proof of address (click here for list of proof documents)
• If you are changing your vehicle you wil need to provide one vehicle proof (click here for a list of proof documents) 
• Your current permit - Please return this to the Westminster member of staff  (You do not need to return your permit if you are changing address within the same parking zone)

Make Changes by Post

You can make the following changes to your permit by completing the changes and replacement application form:

• Change Address
• Add a vehicle
• Change Vehicle
• Change from petrol to eco vehicle
• Change from eco to petrol vehicle
• Change of name
