If your permit has been lost damaged or stolen, we can issue you with a replacement.

An administration charge of £30 applies for the reissue of lost or damaged permits.

Please note; There is no charge to replace a sun damaged permit

Applying for a replacement

Stolen Permits: You need to report the theft of your permit to the police and obtain a crime reference number before we can issue a replacement.

If you are unable to provide a police crime reference number as proof that your permit was stolen then a £30 charge will apply to re-issue your permit.

Or you can go into one of our One Stop Services where you may be issued with an immediate replacement.

If you find your permit after we have replaced it, you must return it to us.
