While the number of cars in London is increasing, the amount of safe parking space along the kerb is not. Westminster Parking Service is constantly working to balance the needs of residents, local businesses and other groups who require access to parking. The permits described in this section help to create fair access to our limited parking resources, for the benefit of everyone in the borough.
