Pay by Phone CVV Code
From 1st June 2009, Visa requires that all transactions where the cardholder is not present include the three digit security code from the back of the customers credit or debit card known as the CVV2 code or CSC (Card Security Code).
If you are paying for parking through the automated process on your phone, you were previously asked to press 1 to confirm the parking transaction. You will now be prompted to enter the CVV2 code as confirmation.
If purchasing online permits for parking or motorcycles, you will also be prompted to enter the CVV2 code when confirming the payment.
If paying by text, you will be required to enter the CVV2 code following the duration
e.g. LOCATION DURATION CVV2,
7368 10 123.
Please remember there should be a space between each field of information otherwise the system may not be able to interpret the information correctly. If you have more than one car registered on your account you will now need to specify which car you wish to park after the CVV2 code
e.g. 7368 10 123 ABC123.
