Enforcement Guidelines December 2011 The parking and moving traffic contraventions enforced by the City Council are detailed in the following document, which also specifies the level of penalty charge each contravention attracts (higher or lower):

The purpose of the Enforcement Protocol document is:
- to deliver a high quality parking service to all road users in a fair and consistent manner
- to ensure there is clarity of the enforcement requirements and policy for all Parking Service Officers and Civil Enforcement Officers
- to have a single point of reference where enforcement policy is documented and can be easily updated when change occurs.
