Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs)

Westminster Council uses Civil Enforcement officers, Smart Cars and CCTV to issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) for:

  • Parking contraventions
  • Moving traffic contraventions (e.g. stopping in box junctions)

    • Driving and parking in bus lanes when not permitted

If you have received a PCN, please do not ignore it. This section will explain what to do next.
