Westminster Council uses Parking Attendants, Smart Cars and CCTV to issue Penalty Charge Notices (PCNs) for:
- Parking contraventions
- Moving traffic contraventions (e.g. stopping in box junctions)
Driving and parking in bus lanes when not permitted
