City of Westminster

Who are they?

Our teams of CEOs patrol the streets of Westminster and operate together with CCTV cameras. They are deployed to all parts of the borough and in particular to streets and areas that experience traffic congestion and problem parking.

Our key goals are to keep traffic flowing and to make sure that everybody who drives in Westminster has an equal and fair opportunity to park and go about their daily business. Overall, they

  • Secure parking for residents who hold a valid resident parking permit
  • Protect disabled bays for use by disabled badge holders
  • Keep yellow lines free from traffic for use by vehicles making deliveries so businesses can flourish
  • Increase capacity and availability of parking by ensuring drivers do not exceed maximum stay times as set out in the Enforcement Code of Practice

Our CEOs issue tickets to vehicles that do not comply with the parking regulations in Westminster.

Our CEOs are employed by NCP Services and work on behalf of Westminster City Council. In addition to their primary roles outlined here, our CEOs act as the 'eyes and ears' of the streets and work together with the City Guardians and Police Safer Neighbourhood Teams to keep the streets safe for you.
