Civil Enforcement Officers
Parking Attendants are now called Civil Enforcement Officers (CEOs). We use CEOs to patrol the streets of Westminster and by their very presence ensure the free flow of traffic. They ensure the appropriate action is taken against illegally parked vehicles so drivers who follow the rules can go about their business without being inconvenienced.
