This car park has two entrances, one at Marble Arch (this page) and one at Park Lane.

We also offer a free Park & Ride shuttle bus from Park Lane / Marble Arch car park to Oxford Street and Bond Street, allowing you to avoid the congestion charge.

HYDE PARK EVENTS

Major events in Hyde Park may result in a charge of £20 for all day parking on a pay-on-entry basis. No pre-bookings are accepted and spaces are allocated on a first come first serve basis. Our Queensway and Knightsbridge car parks are also within walking distance of Hyde Park.

CONGESTION CHARGING INFORMATION

This car park is conveniently located on Park Lane / Cumberland Gate which is on the congestion charging free thoroughfare.

The car park has two entrances/exits: 'Park Lane' & 'Marble Arch'.

  • Vehicles can ENTER and EXIT the Park Lane entrance/exit without entering the congestion zone.

  • Vehicles can ENTER the Marble Arch entrance/exit without entering the zone (if driving north from Park Lane or south from Edgware Road).

  • Vehicles can EXIT the Marble Arch entrance/exit without entering the zone, but ensure you turn immediate right at the top of the ramp (i.e. do not follow the direction of the ramp) and drive east towards Cumberland Gate/Marble Arch. From there either drive north into Edgware Road or south into Park Lane.



The congestion charge is operated by Transport for London (not Westminster City Council). Payment information can be found on the Transport for London website.

SEASON TICKETS

Season tickets for our car parks are available on a quarterly or annual basis, and can be used 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.  Tickets can be shared with friends, family or colleagues. Visit our season ticket page for further information or call 0207 641 2065 now.

OTHER INFORMATION

Motorcyclists can park free of charge in dedicated motorcycle bays in Westminster City Council Car Parks. Motorcyclists should drive around the barrier to enter. Car Park Attendants can advise on the location of motorcycle spaces.

There are no passenger lifts at this car park.

This car park is open for all events taking place in Hyde Park and customers should note a different tariff structure may apply (see top of page).

For our customers' convenience a Courtesy 'Park and Ride' Shuttle bus operates from this car park to Oxford Street and Bond Street. The Park and Ride service operates Monday to Saturday 10am to 6pm.
