Lost, stolen or damaged disabled badge

In the event that your disabled badge has been lost, stolen or damaged you will need to obtain a replacement.

Print and fill out the application form and send by post to:

Permits Administration Team, PO Box 5744, Dingwall, IV15 9WW

If you can not access the printable form above and would like us to send you a paper copy of the application form, please call 020 7823 4567 (Mon - Fri 8am - 6pm).

Stolen:- If the badge has been stolen, you will need to report the theft to the police and obtain a Crime Reference Number before we will replace the badge.

There is no charge to replace a stolen badge as long as a crime reference number is provided. If a crime reference number is not provided then there will be a charge of £30.00 to replace the white or blue badge.

If you need temporary cover on your vehicle whilst your badge is being processed please call 020 7823 4567. (Mon - Fri 8am - 6pm).
