Change my disabled badge details

If you have changed your vehicle or address, you will need to be issued with a new White Badge.

Print and fill out the application form and send by post to:

Permits Administration Team, PO Box 5744, Dingwall, IV15 9WW 

For change of vehicle, you will need to send back your current White Badge with the application.

After you have changed your address, the renewal reminder will be sent to your new address prior to the expiry of the current badge.

Note: You will not be able to use your white badge concessions until you have your new badge. You may use your blue badge but will only receive the blue badge concessions. Click here to see the blue badge concessions for Westminster.

If you need to continue to park in Westminster using the White Badge concession please call 020 7823 4567 and you will be issued with temporary cover.

There is a £10 administration fee to make all changes to your badge apart from change of address.
