Non Resident white badges
A disabled non-Westminster resident may be eligible for a White Badge if they work, study or receive medical treatment in the borough. This badge is only valid in the City of Westminster. The applicant will need to have a Blue Badge issued by their Local Authority. The non-resident White Badge is valid for a maximum period of 1 year at any one time.
You may be eligible for a Westminster non-resident white badge if:
- you work in Westminster from a fixed business base with a Westminster address on a permanent basis.

- You are receiving medical treatment in the borough. This is considered to be at least 12 hours of life-saving treatment per week.
Westminster may carry out verification visits for all applicants studying or in employment in the borough.
