Disabled people with a white badge
If you only hold a Westminster Disabled White Badge, you will need to apply for a Blue Badge before you qualify for the discount.
Residents who hold a White Badge can apply for a Blue Badge.
Disabled drivers living outside Westminster must apply to their home local authority for a Blue Badge.
