Westminster has a diverse lesbian, gay, bisexual and transgender (LBGT) community. Following a needs mapping survey of LGBT people in Westminster by GALOP, the Council  developed an Action Plan to better meet the needs of LGBT people who live, work, socialise and study in Westminster.

The Action Plan focused on a variety of measures to ensure acess to services by LGBT people in a number of areas, including education, health and housing.

The Action Plan below should be read in conjunction with GALOPs Mapping LGBT in Westminster.
