The ground floor at Westminster Reference Library has the main reference collection of law resources in Westminster libraries.
In addition to legal text books, law reports, legislation, journals and encyclopaedias, an extensive collection of UK Official Publications is available.

Westlaw UK
Both Westminster Reference Library and Marylebone Information Service subscribe to Westlaw UK, an online legal database providing case law, legislation, expert analysis, journals, current awareness and EU case law. Key law books including Archbold Criminal Pleading Evidence & Practice, Chitty on Contracts, Civil Procedure (White Book), McGregor on Damages, Palmer's Company Law, Woodfall's Landlord and Tenant and more are also available via Westlaw UK, just ask staff for details.

CANS
If you have little previous legal knowledge you may prefer using Citizen's Advice Notes (CANS) which provides legal information in plain English and can be accessed in any Westminster library and from home using a Westminster library card.
