Receive free reminders by email, voicemail or text

Westminster Libraries members can now opt out of paper reminders and instead receive notifications about reservations and when items are due for return / renewal by email, voicemail or text. Unlike paper reminders, these are provided free of charge.
The reservation notices are sent on the day the reservation arrives. For security reasons, the individual items will not be specified in voicemail or text messages.
To opt in to this service, speak to a member of staff in any Westminster library, or contact us by 'phone or email. Please make sure that we have your current and correct email address and/or 'phone number(s), and that you have your voicemail option switched on.
Please also note that the sending email address changed with an upgrade of the system in late 2010 - if you are not receiving your reminder emails, please check your Junk mail.
