Business Workshop presented in partnership with Paddington Development Trust/Westminster Enterprise Centre and Westminster Libraries’ Business Information Points

  • Are you a Westminster resident and currently unemployed?
  • Have an idea for a business that you would like to explore?
  • Like to find out if self-employment  / running your own business is for you? 
  • How to access free business advice, one to one coaching and training? 

Then come to this workshop to find out what self-employment is really like and discover the local resources available to help make your business start-up a success

Picture Perfect Postcards

Thursday 7 June at 2.30pm

Create your own postcard to celebrate the Queen’s Jubilee. Event for 5 to 12 year olds.

You can also create it at home: draw it, paint it, origami it, collage it, assemble it, the choice is yours. Hand it in and have it displayed in the library.

Just for Dads First Saturday of each month, 10.30 to 11:.0am Under 5s session especially for dads and male carers to bring children for stories and songs. See also the Sessions for Under 5s page.

Health issues Every Tuesday 10.00am-1.00pm A Westminster Health Trainer will be available at to provide free information and advice on a range of health issues.

Internet Taster Sessions Every Thursday 10.00am - 12noon       Internet taster sessions can help you handle a mouse, send that special email, or improve on the computer skills you already have. Sessions are walk in only and last an hour.
English Speaking Club
