Closure for refurbishment
12 February - 27 March 2012 inclusive
Due to refurbishment work Maida Vale Library will be closed from 5.00pm, Saturday 11 February 2012 and will reopen from 10.00am on Wednesday 28 March 2012. This will affect all regular events many of which will have to be postponed/cancelled. However, they will resume as before once the refurbishment has been completed.
Regular events for children and young people
Regular children's events run during term-time only, unless otherwise stated.

| Family Learning | Family learning is known to have a major effect on children's well-being, their attitudes to learning and their achievement levels. For parents and carers, advantages include greater confidence and better family relationships. At Maida Vale Library we hold monthly Family Learning events. For further information on future planned events please contact the library. |

| Metropolitan Police Safer Neighbourhood Team Drop-in | First Monday of every month, 6.00 to 7.30pm |
The Westbourne Safer Neighbourhood Team will be available for customers to drop in and raise any local concerns on crime and discuss issues relating to home or personal safety. |
