We will either find the answer for you, help you to find it, or put you in contact with someone who has the information you need.
- Enquiries about one of our libraries or services (eg: Do you have storytimes for children? Which libraries have a photocopier for public use? What's the nearest tube station?): Use this website or contact the library concerned directly.
- Westminster Council enquiries: You can use this site to contact the appropriate department. All Westminster Libraries have a dedicated free 'phone that you can use to contact other Council departments.
- All other enquiries (you'll be amazed at what we cover): Visit the reference libraries, contact us by telephone (020 7641 6200), email or letter, or use one of the online enquiry methods below.
