Legal Services Commission

This site links to a directory of local legal advice services, with information on whether you qualify for legal aid. Please note that these pages replace a lot of what was on the Community Legal Advice site a snapshot of which is available from the National Archives. The Legal Services Commission fund Law Centres which provide help throughout the country.

The official revised edition of legislation of the United Kingdom (including the devolved goverments) made available online. Remember too that Hansard is available from both the Parliament website and the Hansard archive if you wish to research what was said throughout debates on bills/acts.

The British and Irish Legal Information Institute. Databases of case law and legislation from both the UK and Ireland.
