Westminster Reference Library is a specialist public reference library in London's West End. It specialises in:

In addition to these collections there are computers with access to both the Internet and many online resources, as well as Internet taster sessions to help you learn how to use them. There are also three reading rooms available for reading and study.

* Please note the quiet reading area on the second floor closes 15mins before the rest of the library.

There are 2 steps at the entrance, then 6 steps immediately inside the building to the ground floor.

The library is on 3 floors with stairs to all levels but no lift:

General reference material, legal and Business information, plus government publications are located on the ground floor. Performing arts, fine art, design, photography collections are located on the first floor. On the second floor there is a quiet reading and study area, plus a collection of art books for loan.
