St James's Library

St James's Library is situated on the first floor of Westminster City Hall, above the One Stop Services in Victoria Street.
This is Westminster's newest library and opens earlier than our other libraries for the sake of the many local residents and commuters rushing to their offices and schools.
Among the services provided are regular sessions for the Under 5s, and free Internet Taster Sessions on Wednesdays. We also run a Homework Club during term times. Find out about other facilities available in the library.
You can find up-to-date information on any events taking place in the library by visiting the News page.
