Pimlico Library

Pimlico Library is a small but busy community library mainly serving local residents.

The library runs a Reading Group and a creative writing group. 

There is a separate children's library on the first floor which holds regular sessions for Under 5s (including Spanish storytelling) as well as activities for children during holiday periods. There is also a term-time homework club.

Despite the busyness of the library and the hectic children's section there is also a quiet place to sit and read.

Access for people with disabilities:

	The entrance ramp is long and has a steep downward gradient
	The ground floor is level and contains the adult fiction, some non-fiction, periodicals, music recordings and videos
	There are 5 steps down to the entrance. There are 6 steps with handrails up to the mezzanine level where the rest of the non-fiction books are to be found. The children's library is located on the first floor with access via a staircase (16 steps) with handrails
	Registered assistance dogs are welcome.
