Westminster Home Library Service
If you are living in Westminster and find it difficult to get to a library because you are elderly, have a disability or long-term illness or are caring for someone, the Home Library Service will come to you.
The Home Library Service offers:
- Regular visits to your home, every three weeks
- Free request and information service
- All types of library materials
- A service tailored to your own requirements
All services are free, except the loan of DVDs.
