We offer users nearly a million books, plus CDs, DVDs, language courses and talking books, as well as newspapers, magazines, local information and access to computers.
Our two renowned reference libraries can help you find the answer to your questions. Each has their own specialist subjects as well as offering a wide range of resources to help with general enquiries.
We can help you if you are a Westminster resident and find it too difficult to get to a library because of age, disability, long-term illness, or if you are caring for someone who cannot be left alone.
We have special collections on art & design, business, Chinese, education, the EU, health, law, music, performing arts, Sherlock Holmes and UK official publications.
The Chinese Library has over 50,000 Chinese adult and children's books, CDs, DVDs, Community Information and a national subscription service of Chinese books.
The largest public music library in the south of the UK, with thousands of books, music scores and performance parts, vocal and orchestral sets and sheet music.
