Car

If you are travelling by car, parking problems in Westminster are acute. Disabled drivers should visit our parking Web pages for further information and advice.

Can't get to a library?

If you do not live near one of our libraries, or if you find it difficult to use our libraries for other reasons, such as disability, you can use many of our key services online, 24 hours a day in the 24/7 Library.

If you live in Westminster and need the library to come to you, contact the Home Library Service.
