Westminster Libraries are open to all who live, work or study in Westminster, as well as welcoming visitors to the area.

We offer users nearly a million books, plus CDs, DVDs, language courses and talking books, as well as newspapers, magazines, local information and access to computers. Membership of Westminster Libraries also gives you access to a whole range of related services, from the 24/7 Library where you can access key services online from anywhere, to the ability to scan a microfiche... From reading groups for adults to storytimes for children... From help with the Internet to a library that visits you in your own home - all this and more!
