London 2012 Festival
Dance, music, theatre fashion including 189 events in or within 5 miles of Westminster. Some events are free and you have to pay for others. Keep an eye on the website or sign up for the 2012 festival newsletter to find out when tickets are released.

West End Live
Enjoy West End theatre free with open air performances from all the top West End musicals including Billy Elliot, Legally Blond and Wicked. There are also interactive exhibits from top attractions such as the Science Museum. Read our reviews.

Big Dance
Hundreds of events including a pop up cinema, dance bus and Big Dance street day including a huge performance in Trafalgar Square on 14th July. Find out what's on or email south@bigdance2012.com.

River of Music

A weekend of music from stages along the River Thames. Performers will represent all the Olympic and Paralympic nations. Artists confirmed so far include the Scissor Sisters. Events are free and no tickets are required.

Where: Stages at Battersea Park, Jubilee Gardens, Trafalgar Square, Somerset House, Tower of London and Greenwich Old Royal Naval College.
