Know your units

This year why not take the opportunity to cut down your alcohol intake? The Chief Medical Officer recommends that men should not drink more than 3 - 4 units of alcohol daily and women should not drink more than 2 - 3 units daily.

Stop smoking
  • a third of Westminster residents are estimated to be smokers

  • Westminster has one of the top performing stop smoking services in London - in the last three years over 6,300 people have given up smoking with NHS Westminster's Stop Smoking Service
