Meeta Nathwani

HR provides strategic policy and development, and through our partners, HR Direct, delivers all operational HR support. Meeta joined Westminster's HR team in January 2004 and has been involved in a number of HR projects, including job evaluation exercises, developing procedures and guides for managers and developing the Council's Human Resources policies. Meeta has enjoyed working as part of a team and also with managers, to help them achieve their goals. On speaking of her experiences in HR Meeta said "there's a lot of knowledge sharing and multitasking going on in the team - I've been able to develop my skills, build a close rapport with the different departments and have an impact on the way the council works." When she's not at work, Meeta has been busy decorating her new home.
