Westminster Employment

Who are we?

Westminster Employment specialises in supporting people with significant barriers to find employment.

The main people we support are:

  • People with Learning Disabilities.  There are very few supported employment services for people with Learning Disabilities and in this sense we are unique to Westminster.  This contract is provided by Westminster City Council (WCC).

  • We have a contract with Westminster Works to provide supported employment services to people with mental heath issues, substance misuse issues, physical disabilities, learning disabilities and young offenders.

  • We have a current contract with Ingeus.  The people sent to us are long-term unemployed and have additional barriers to unemployment such as a learning difficulty /disability, substance misuse, criminal records or/and mental health.  Many people also have communication difficulties.
