We are able to assess the potential risks of poor housing conditions on your health and safety, and in some cases take action to reduce or remove the risk. This only applies to non Council properties.
We support residents to maintain independence and live comfortably and safely in their own homes. This includes providing assistance with repairs, improvements and adaptations.
