Choice Based Lettings

When council and housing association homes become available we advertise them in a flyer and on the Home Connections  website and invite priority housing applicants to bid for them.

Each week, we advertise the properties we have available and invite you to 'bid' for any property you would like to move to, using your points and priority as 'currency'. Subject to certain restrictions, we give the property to the bidder with the most points and greatest priority.
