Renewal estates

Westminster City Council is working in the five areas below, to benefit from a share of a £2million London Development Agency grant to draw up plans to improve the neighbourhood. This is an exciting opportunity to make a real difference to the quality of homes and the estates as a whole. It also provides an opportunity to address some of the needs of residents such as overcrowding, lack of affordable housing and new and improved community facilities.
