Tenant Management Organisations
Tenant Management Organisations (TMOs) manage homes on behalf of the Council. They negotiate a management agreement, which sets out what services they will provide and how much they will be paid to run the service.
TMO tenants are still tenants of the Council.
There are 14 TMOs in Westminster, and two more being developed at the moment. Altogether, they will manage 4,000 homes.
