Obtaining Research Governance Approval
The Westminster Social Care Research Steering Group provides the mechanism through which researchers can apply to carry out their research proposals within Westminster Social Care Services.
Details of the process are shown in the Approval Process Flow Chart, and applications should be submitted using the RGF Alliance Common Application Form.
The Research Steering Group will take into account the details provided in the application, and consider the proposal against the London RGF Alliance Common Risk Assessment Tool.
You must ensure that you allow adequate time for your application to be reviewed prior to proposed commencement of research. Application forms and any queries, should be sent via email, with all accompanying documents to research@westminster.gov.uk
