 Aims
  • To improve outcomes for adults and children
  • To strengthen families
  • To reduce crime and disorder
  • To reduce duplication of resources
  • To reduce long-term costs to public services
Our approach
  • We seek the family’s consent to work with them; are clear about what we hope to achieve and are transparent about what may happen if they are unable to make or sustain change.
  • The family is dedicated a team of professionals.
  • Two lead workers provide a unified point of contact.
  • A multi-agency care plan ensures effective joint working.
  • We work with the family intensively for six to twelve months.
  • Support is phased to avoid overloading the family with too much information and change at any one point.
